Hello, interested to purchase solenoids bearings set. Can you provide metal specification: what the made of and what type of surface coating they have. Ideally, would be perfect if you provide information about thermal expansion coefficient of these bearings. Regards

Hello,

The bushing are metal-based with a PTFE surface coating.

We do not have official data for the thermal expansion coefficient. In practice, this is not critical:
if after installation the plunger moves freely inside the bushing, operation will be correct.
If movement is tight, the internal diameter can be lightly polished using very fine sandpaper (around 3000 grit) until free movement is achieved.

These bushing have been tested on thousands of solenoids and have proven to work reliably in real-world applications.
